Our Lead Designer, Ric, brings more than a decade of experience designing and managing kitchen and bathroom renovations across Melbourne.
From 2012 to 2025, Ric was Lead Designer at Damco Kitchens, contributing to hundreds of renovation projects. Ric graduated from Swinburne University in 1993 with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Design. During his time at Damco Kitchens, Ric personally designed 12 kitchen and bathroom projects that went on to win HIA and Master Builders design awards for the company.
Today, that experience is brought to Proma Solutions, where every project is approached with careful planning, clear communication and a commitment to creating renovations that are both practical and beautifully considered. Rather than following trends or unnecessary complexity, the focus remains on understanding each client's goals and guiding them through the renovation journey with confidence.
